IPINAGPALIBAN muna ng Philippine SuperLiga ang Invitational Beach Volleyball Challenge Cup ngayong Nobyembre at iuusog ito sa darating na Pebrero sa susunod na taon.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PSL chairman Philip Ella Juico, “taking a conservative and proactive position, Central Luzon, which includes the SBMA industrial zone may sustain heavy damage to be inflicted by severe weather disturbances,”
“The PSL clearly sensed the serious concern expressed by the same frontline agencies in calamities. The officials in attendance spoke of their involvement as frontliners in alleviating the suffering of thousands in Central Luzon to be directly affected by nature’s wrath and the damage to infrastructure and the disruption of public services.” dagdag pa ni Juico.
Kamakailan, nakakuha ng go-signal ang PSL mula sa Inter-Agency Task Force at Department of Health para sa pagbabalik ng liga ngayong may pandemya.
“The PSL expresses its deepest regrets to the thousands of PSL fans and stakeholders for the rescheduling of the Invitational Challenge Cup, “litanya pa ni Juico.
Pasalamat naman ang liga sa IATF, DOH, DOT, DILG, kanilang sponsors, partners at corporate club teams na Cignal, United Auctioneers/Cherry Tiggo, Sta Lucia, F2 Logistics mula PSL at Petro Gazz at Motolite mula Premier Volleyball League. (Janiel Abby Toralba)
