“Have you read about Ramon Ang’s (president and chief operating officer of SMC) proposal? Yung elevated. I was talking to him last night, ang ganda ng proposal niya. Tuloy yun. Tinanong ko siya how much is that? ‘US$3 billion’, sabi niya. In less than two years gawa yan,” saad ni Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo.
“I know it’s a proposal but it’s a beautiful proposal. I understand (Ang) was talking with (Transportation) Secretary (Arthur) Tugade and Secretary Tugade is welcoming such an idea,” dagdag pa ng chief presidential legal counsel.
